Minor/Quality-of-Life Changes
- Users now type in usernames to block/message/etc. instead of scrolling through lists
- Community Exchange (formerly Boutique) can be submitted entirely through the site without having to DM site admins
- Scroll-to-Top button
- Site now uses an open-source CMS instead of every single page hardcoded - most users won't generally notice this, but it makes maintaining the site much easier, especially for non-coders.
