Please note this site is still in beta. It has not been thoroughly tested, and will likely have bugs. If you encounter a bug or glitch, please SCREENSHOT IT and send it to [email protected].

Users start out with a shop, 25 treatz, and 0 bonez. Customize and expand your shop as you sell items on the marketplace and auction house!

Please note that purchases are deleted after 30 days, as well as messages. Claw machine wins are deleted after 7 days. Please be sure to download your purchases - files are not stored indefinitely on the website!

Users may only have ONE account. Creating multiple accounts warrants a ban. If you ever have trouble accessing your account, please contact us!

Site Guide

Marketplace:

- My Shop
Edit your shop name and description (including CSS and HTML), add and edit listings, and open or close your shop.

- Market
View the currently open shops and search listings.

- Auction House
List and view auctions.

- Exchange
Donate Petz for others to buy with hard-earned [currency]. This is on an approval but can be done entirely through the website.

Plaza:

- Backyard
Dig up some [currency] with [pet], or maybe if you get lucky you'll even find some [other currency]!

- Card Table
Try your hand at 21 or War to get some [currency].

- Minesweeper
It's Minesweeper. Earn some [currency] when you win!

- Maze
It's a maze. Randomly generated, so you won't get the same one twice! You'll earn some [currency] if you reach the end.

- Claw Machine
Donate Petz or try your luck at pulling your new best friend.

Account:

- Messages
View and manage your messages and collect any recent purchases.

- Settings
Update your account settings, including email address and password.

The Petz Night Market is a re-imagining of the community sites PetzBazaar by MythicSilence and PUGS (Petz Universal Game Site) by Midnightwolf.

The Petz Night Market uses some of the structure of PetzBazaar (code released openly in October 2024), and has been re-fitted using GetSimple, an open-source, XML-based, small-site Content Management System (CMS).

This site is derived from and uses sections of the released code, although much of it has been edited or even rewritten to suit the new site and to add maintainability, security, troubleshooting, and new features, such as searching, auctions, and item editing. Please see Developer Notes for a more comprehensive list of changes and features.

Technical support and code is managed by Jason, while content and administration is managed by Flamingo.
